Due to the nature of the product, each strand of hair comes from a different donor, and we cannot guarantee the color or texture of the hair.

Natural human hair is unique, and no hair with two heads is exactly the same. Our pictures aim to give you a good impression of our quality. When you place an order with us, you will notice some differences between our pictures and the hair you receive. This is inevitable and should not be avoided. This is part of the fun of buying and wearing high-quality natural hair. Our hair is beautiful and unique, just like yours!

Payment Terms
All payment terms are 100% advance payment. We accept all major credit cards. Once you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our products. Any fraudulent purchase will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
Order Processing
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+08:00). Orders placed over the weekend will be prioritized for shipment on Monday morning, unless there are holidays. Once shipped, the order will arrive within the time frame selected at checkout.
